Everybody hurts sometimes.... It just sucks when you have to be the person that inflicts the pain. But life is a double sided blade, it cuts both ways cause you will hurt knowing you have hurt them.
Just be yourself when it is time. Don't pretend cause people can read the liars pantomime real easy in these situations.

Well if they dont like you, its quite easy to tell them you dont like them. However if they like you, well then your in quite a bit of a pickle.
Love is one of the hardest things to find, and to loose. Its virtually impossible to tell someone you dont like them without them feeling sad or hurt. You can however make it feel less bad on them. There are a few ways to do it.
You can tell them that you arnt feeling the same way you used to, and you think you need some time apart. This way they will be sad, but think you still have feelings for them.
You can simply just tell them, i dont like you! They will be heart broken, but they will also be glad that you told them to their face.
Of you can do it the other ways, and she will be upset a fair bit!

You can't. The most you can do is tell them in the most sincerest and caring way that you can in order to minimize the hurt and pain.

It depends...
If there were a series of events that kind of let up a breakup being obvious...then just use the direct approach.
However...if there is a good thing going...and the person isn't expecting this news...ouch. Why? Why break up a good thing in the making? You okay?

That's hard. Perhaps being cold towards that person to make them realise it? Or tell him or her that both of you stay as friends, and he or she can find someone else better.

I don't think it is possible. That last time I tried to tell that to someone...let's just say it didn't go well.

to be honest , you will show respect that way
