I use a program called Ulead DVD Movie Factory 5. It does all that for you and will even allow you to create menus.
You also need a DVD Burner and software. Probably the best and easiest software to use is Nero (I think they are up to Version 7 now).
The Ulead product will allow you to burn to disc as well, I just prefer using nero for that stage of the process

there is a Converter that you can use It is called Winavi
it takes some time Anywhere from 30mins to an Hr. Depending on your system and What is running when you run the program!
You can search for it and you might just find a
K e y g e n that will unlock the program. but That is something that you take a risk getting! I have the program But i paid for it it's was 29.99 when i got it but i thinking you can get it for 19.99 now

If u have a laptop it might have come with a program to burn discs. If not u can download one such as Nero, from download.com.
Then after you install Nero it'll tell you what to do.

you have to have a dvd burner on your computer, if you can find it in programs then you can set it up and burn your film onto a dvd disc. you need to have a dvd disc though.

If you have a burning software, then you go there and choose to Burn a DVD movie, then it is going to give the folders to put your files in and be sure to choose "Video_TS" folder and put your files in there...
Then click next and burn the DVD, I could give better instructions, but I would need to know exactly what software you are going to be using.

u have to get a disk berner and donlode the berner then u down lode the movie on to the disk and some people make lables to
