It's probably Scott Steiner. He just resigned with TNA.
As many have caught during the "clue" segments, Tomko now has a goatee similar to Steiners, same with his sunglasses. The goatee and the shades are likely the clues Cage has referred to, except Angle is completely missing it (and of course TNA wants it to be a surprise so having Samoa Joe pop up all the time with those segments is meant to draw the attention Joe's way).
