There's no such thing as reverse discrimination. Discrimination is discrimination. I don't like the idea of politically administered discrimination like "affirmative action" for example, but it's hard to talk about it since if you oppose it you're considered "racist."
I once tried to get an internship at Time-Warner, who owns CNN and other stations, and they actually said they only take females for internships. There wasn't much I could do about that. It's discrimination, but what can you do about it? They're allowed to conduct business the way they see fit, right?

Isn't that question kind of racist and sexist?
That question is irrelevant anyways. I could say that white men are more racist/sexist than both women AND African Americans, because of their excessive arrogance and the huge amount of them. Does that make that statement true? Of course not. If I said that, it would be hypocritical and contradict itself.
There's always going to be racism, sexism, and discrimination in general. Always. No human being can see through pure, unjaded eyes. As long as we are mortal we will be imperfect.
By the way you say 'in the mall, all I see are women and blacks working there', it makes it seem like you're simply looking for them; as if you're just trying to convince yourself that females and African Americans are all racists and/or sexists, or HAVE to be one or the other.

there's a double usual right here, yet its no longer basically in politics. Its everywhere. Hypothetical: Alan (white male) applies to a college yet is denied with the aid of fact they intend to make room for extra blacks to attend - it incredibly is affirmative action. Tyrone (black male) applies to a college yet is denied with the aid of fact they intend to make room for extra whites to attend - it incredibly is racism and discrimination. would not make any experience to me. Now onto notably what you're asking: politics. a great form of people vote for a candidate for terribly stupid reasons. a great occasion of it incredibly is while somebody votes for a candidate with the aid of fact he's black or with the aid of fact she is a woman. There are different examples inspite of the shown fact that: - vote casting for a candidate with the aid of fact he's on the subject depend of another well-known flesh presser. E.g.: The Kennedys in Massachusetts, the Caseys in Pennsylvania, the trees, etc. - vote casting for a candidate purely with the aid of fact he's out of your domicile state. Too many examples of this to point... - vote casting for a candidate with the aid of fact he's nice-looking, wears a intense high quality tie, or some thing comparable. it incredibly is previous stupid... besides, you get the factor...

Maybe 400 years from now you can march for the rights and privileges you've enjoyed since BIRTH, just because you're a disgruntled white man! I don't know what malls you shop at, but where everyone else goes to shop there are different cultures working and shopping TOGETHER! GOT IT EARL! besides if you can't land a mall job (especially if you're over 16 years of age!) then you must need to dust off your GED and point your tractor to a therapists office.
