like a month ago I lost my phone and I call the insurrance for a new one and I tell them that I lost it, so I don't have to send it back but yesterday I found it under my refrigerator but know I don't need both can I sell one in ebay I will get in any trouble for do this the person who buy it can activate the phone . the phone is an lg enV

try to activate it,just call verizon and tell them you want to change you phone they will ask you for the code of the phone so they will tell you if the phone work or don't so if you sell it in ebay you can tell the people that the phone is ready to activate of they will have to unlock the phone good lock

If it was reported stolen it will be locked and not usable, otherwise it will work fine. I've bought a couple used phones on E-Bay to replace ones lost or ruined by my kids. They have worked great and saved me a lot of money.

Well if the person tries to activate it he will find that he can not. I do not know if they will tell him that it was reported lost or stolen. But you WILL get in trouble for selling stolen merchandise, reason being that you have your replacement and could be tried for fraud too.
