My son whacked me in the eyeball yesterday with the edge of his report card ( on accident ), and it still won't quit watering. It feels like it is scraped or something, and every time I blink it stings. Is there anything I can do to help?

When he did this he cut your eye i had this happen to me with a file from a fileing cabnet. and it was a hoot it hurt so bad that the doctor had to numb my eye. and i had to wear a patch for a couple of days. when you blink your eyelid is rubbing on that scratch. It will be ok in 24 to 48 hrs. If it does not get better see a doctor.

You probably have a cut or scrape on the surface of the eye.
You should have it look at by a doctor, He will put a drop of Flourescein in it and then a light will show any injury, then He can tell you what drops to put in it til it heals

Well I by accident put my nail in y brothers eye. I think the same thing happened 2 you. It hurt him for about 5 days. We were really worried. But it went away. You can probably get eye drops at a local pharmacy to help it heal

Sounds like you scratched your cornea.You should see an eye doctor before it becomes infected.

I've heard you can get paper cuts on your eye so yeah you should see an optometrist.
