Because they don't talk about their feelings openly.
They bottle them up inside which doesn't help their situation.
It's ok for a guy to cry...life is tough and they are only human!

more than women? not sure
But men certainly worry and get depressed much much more than most people (men or women) think they do. The need to maintain a pretence of good mental health is very often associated with bad mental health - and it's a guy thing. We lie about our own "weakness" more than girls do.
Men are also just as capable of being complex, moody, hormonal, in need of a hug, etc, as women; it's just a little less rhythmic.

Well I worry and get depressed and I am a girl, so it just depends on the person rather than the gender.

i dont think as many guys worry about as much as women but some do get depressed but men are always taught to be strong and talking about being sad would make them girly (worrying is like a rocking chair it gives you something to do but it doesnt realy get you anywhere)

Virgo's:
are very sensitive and they get depressed because of their nature. They some times get small things and make it a big issue of their life. They think a lot, as I do.

It's because they can only think about one thing at a time. If you give a man more than one thing to think about they essentially have a nervous breakdown.
Tis true.

I think so. It has more to do with societal pressure on males to provide in a general sense. This is what makes guys so competitve in general, and more attracted to competitive institutions (i.e. sports).

I think they do. I am a man myself, and I think we are born worriers. men are also affected more emotionly than women when a marriage or a partnership ends I think this is because men think of themselves as a failure when this happens, and no man likes to think he is a failure in anything, and it really gets to them.
