Also can a geforce 2 graphics card be transfered in to a laptop?

After rereading your question, I must say no.

You can transfer the data inside the hard drive, but not the actual components.

i am afraid not for both your items, laptop hard drives are much smaller than desk top ones as are the graphics cards, most laptops have built in graphics cards,and cant be changed

why spend money on a laptop when you can get it for free? just go to this site and complete a few quick tasks and they'll send you a sony vaio laptop at no charge!
