They creep me out. I never really knew why until I went to Chattanooga a few years ago. We took my nieces to Rock City. There are little ceramic gnomes, trolls, and other Elfen-Americans hiding EVERYWHERE at that place. I had the heebie-jeebies the whole time I was there. When I got home, I called my mother and told her I was grossed out, and she reminded me that I had been there as a very small child. Apparently, I was creeped out then, too, because I had completely blocked the whole experience out of my mind!

I dont mind them in other peoples gardens but not in mine they would look odd with the fairy castle and dragon.
