Well, I've only searched a bit so far. I'll update if I find more links, but so far I found that dress here: http://www.promdress4u.com/shop/categories.php?grp=-1&id=8088 for $388. But, this site is a no return policy,so that may be the problem if that dress isn't your size. I'll look more. Hopefully that helped atleast

UPDATE:
Well, I found a much cheaper price for that dress at http://onsalebridal.com/prom_dresses/paris_prom/17710.html , the price is $318.40. The site also has a no return policy, so if you get it from there, be sure to measure well and standard shipping is around $15. I still will try to find more dresses, hope this one works for you though.

I hope you aren't going to just take someone's word and send the money. Why not see where his designs sell at and go from there. I'd rather shop David's Bridals for a cheaper gown you are going to wear once... or rent a gown. They are more expensive gowns but the rental price is cheaper.

Look in a pattern book from a fabric store, get someone to make the style you want, pay that person, the fabric, thread and pattern. It should be way less in cost.

Try Ebay or Yahoo Auctions

Is this it?:
http://www.tonybowls.com/ParisByTonyBowls/StyleDetail.aspx?pid=501139&ReturnUrl=/ParisByTonyBowls/Gallery4.aspx

If so click here:
http://www.tonybowls.com/ParisByTonyBowls/Retailers.aspx

Then procede to click on the country you live in, then another page will come up asking for the state/providence/region, then finally another page will come up asking for the city. Click on desidered city and then it will give you an address, number or some kind of contact info.

Hope I helped in some way!
