There is a free computer support site that will fix the problem for you instantly via remote support at no charge as long as it is not hardware related but they will be able to tell you that too.

However, did your PC have sound when you originally bought it? Do you have all the most current and up-to-date drivers installed for both the application you're trying to hear, and the sound card installed in your machine? And like one other answer said, what is it doing/not doing?

First make sure your speakers are connected and switched on. Then look down at the very bottom right of your screen and you'll see a small speaker icon. Click on it and make sure the mute box is not ticked. You can also set the volume level in this control. Good luck.

Well i dont know what is wrong with the sound is it to low is in not playing music at all whats wrong with it i will check back later to see what you respond
