My genuine interest in what you have to say, and (if it gets this far) what you bring to the relationship.
It's really kinda' weird, because I've been told many-many times that I'm good looking (I really don't see it ...), and I DO notice a really serious sexual magnetism in the weirdest places (i.e., grocery shopping, jogging, the gas station, church), yet whenever I speak to these women, they end up becoming really relaxed and "little girl-like" in their demeanor.
Kinda' like what one respondent referred to as the "teddy bear" effect.
Go figure ...

People either love me, or don't.
Remarks I've heard are I'm creative, spiritual, funny, a good dancer, smart (as in intellectual), generous, a good listener, good company, and there is a word I can't think of, but it means if no one can find a way to do something, I usually can.
