I just found out that I can create my own website that can be accessed with my cellphone. I tried using Zinadoo (www.zinadoo.com). I created it and all, I published it, but apparently I can't access websites ending in .mobi
Know any other sites or programs where I can create my own mobile website?

"Mobile" websites don't have to end in ".mobi". This is a silly top-level-domain naming scheme that just shouldn't exist (registrars are doing this to make money).

Any website can be 'mobile friendly'. You simply need to code your HTML such that it is designed for the smaller screens of cellphones. I typically do my web development with my browser window set to 200x300 or smaller when I'm working on cellphone-able sites.

Recognize that many cell phones do not support CSS or Javascript, so you might find yourself coding in HTML 3.0 instead of 4.0 + CSS1/2 etc...

You need a script that detects the presence of a mobile browser on the server side and then creates a server side cookie to instruct the mobile website to kick in. I can't write the code for you. Unless you use a premade "mobile" theme or plugin for your CMS you should google "php mobile browser detection".
