A long time ago men where superior to women, and that has now changed, it's supposed to be equal now, but some men still get better jobs, but that's not what my question is about.

I was watching a show and a woman got pulled over by a police officer (male) and he charged her for speeding. It was as all caught, on the police camera at the front. She never got out the car, and he just gave her the ticket. She went to a police station the next day and claimed that he sexually assaulted her. They said if there was no camera to prove her wrong, he might have ended up in jail and lost his job.

If a woman starts beating a man, and he hits her back for self defense, she could call the police, show the mark, and the man will most likely get put into jail or charged.

Some women say men are stupid, arrogant, and rude, yet it's mostly men who are in Iraq fighting for our freedom, and most police officer and fire fighters are men. Women can do those jobs too, but still mostly men.

Some women expect a man to do everything for them, but when he does, she starts complaining that he is being too dominant. Equality means that EVERYONE has the same rights as each other no matter what the sex is, but some women (and yes men too, but right now I’m talking about women) don’t seem to understand that. What do you think? Are women taking the whole women’s rights thing a little too far?

And, yes I am a woman.

Nononononononononono....you are already on the wrong track (and I didn't even make it past your FIRST sentence):

"A long time ago men where superior to women...", Men were NEVER 'superior' to women. Women were NEVER superior to me. One sex is not better than, or superior to, the other. We are different. We are different but equal. We are 'worth' the same.

"f a woman starts beating a man, and he hits her back for self defense, she could call the police, show the mark, and the man will most likely get put into jail or charged.'

1). Where I live the police lay the charges. It's entirely up to the cops. They won't waste their time if there is a lack of evidence. Don't forget that most cops are still MEN.

2). "...he hits her back for self defense,' then he is an idiot. If she hits him back "for self-defense" then she is the idiot. What are you people out there doing punching and slapping and hitting eachother? I have managed to live my adult life with not a shred of physical violence. It would NEVER occur to me to assault another person, "for self-defense" or any other reason. A woman's first response is typically FLIGHT: this is usually (but not always) possible. FIGHT" will kick (normally) in as a LAST RESORT (being cornered). If the woman is drunk or high on drugs or psychotic she may behave differently but physical violence is not usual (nor is it normal) behavior engaged in by (most) women. The testosterone simply isn't there in sufficient quantities to cause (most) women to lash out physically.

EDIT:
"philly_bl...", I just read your post: it's PERFECT. EXACTLY WHAT I SAID: you guys are drunk and high and *ucked up and angry and... violence is the result. It's PROBABLE that the woman who assaulted you has a psychiatric disorder on top of everything else. MY GOD, assault is NOT normal for anyone regardless of their sex. What are you people out there doing...and then you come here whining that ALL women are like this? OH NO, NO WAY. Thank-you for making my point!

I wish people would just be respectful and honest (in a respectful way). I think some women do take advantage of their ability to be protected by society in a very perverse way.

Sexual dimorphism (physical) isn't that large in humans, at least not compared to other species.

As for jobs, it should be a meritocracy or at the worst a place where seniority counts. Equal work should mean equal credit/pay, not matter who is doing the work.

I think men have to do some extra work and sometimes more dangerous jobs because they don't have the ability to fall back on being able to create a baby. So it's like they are worthless if they don't prove themselves.

I get your point. This is certainly yes, i know some case that once divorce the woman will get 50% and child obligation of his husband property but must proof if husband cheated her. This tactic or stretegy may very usefull to them. Another case, happend when a girl meet a rich boy who just chat and hug a while in park alone then tommorrow she use her friend to make fake proof to report police about her and end out the family boy paying the girl $500,000. It means dangerous while alone with girl u didn't meet has idea playing dirty trick. Also, if touch a bit to woman can cause serius trouble sometimes ANsd LAstly U must remenber LADY FIRST before man that old sh*t way now OK!!!

There are woman who take advantage of being women while there are some men who take advantage of being men. It is sadly human nature. Neither gender should be singled out.
However let me tell you what I think.
Men and women both do not take advantage ENOUGH of what they are. They are rather abusing their prerogatives. If they did take fullest advantage they would use their unique qualities to make themselves better HUMAN BEINGS and support themselves before intruding into the others dominion.

But I must admit that you bring up and excellent point. Some males may interpret this as a woman admitting of women's weak tendencies. I believe however that it is our humility that allows us to critique ourselves as well so that we may become better. And the reason why women lose respect and are suppressed in some ways is their own fault! Should our own tendencies be stronger, it would be in no man's power to humiliate or control us.

yes, unfortunately, there are some cases of "abuse"...but let`s not forget the day-to-day woman`s life....there are plenty of little examples that show that there are still misjudgments concerning the women`s status...e.g. in a professional environment dominated still by men, it is very difficult for a woman to impose her strategy and ideas..how many women managed to get into the politics and to do a good job? how many women are managers? it is true that in the last decades the women started to be treated more seriously...but there are still so many unfair misconceptions..u`d be surprised!anyway, this topic requires hours and hours of discussions..and a final logic conclusion ..it`s quite uncertain if we would ever find it. and..life is unfair..if you can beat the system, why not? do you think some men take advantage of being a man? ;)

Men have done alot over the years to keep women down, but I also think women have an obligation, now that things are more equal, not to become the jerks that men have sometimes been. We are, after all, just people, regardless of gender, and we all deserve to be treated right. Putting someone else down does nothing to elevate the perpetrator.

I have always said that the most dangerous thing in the world is a beautiful woman who is willing to use it. All but the most hardened of men will fall before her and her beauty and they will willingly fulfill all her desires.

Blondes are rare and so considered more valuable by some men. So the idea of the dumb blonde got its start. Meaning that a blonde (and pretty) woman didn't have to be smart all she had to be was beautiful to be desired. Brunettes had to be smart because they weren't as "beautiful" as blondes. Hence Sabrina of Charlie’s Angles was considered to be the "smart one."

It isn't a fair comparison, but then few stereotypes are. The blonde and beautiful Morgan Fairchild has a genus IQ, but she was never taken seriously by Hollywood so she never got any good film roles (or very few of them).

Just as many women as men are stupid, arrogant, and rude, but since men are more concerned with sex the value of a beautiful woman is higher than the value of a beautiful man (women want a relationship more than a beautiful man. They are attracted to pretty men, but they want to have more than just great buns and a set of muscles).

Spouse abuse always seems to be one sided, because men are more apt to want to solve a situation with a display of power. However, the famous Motorcycle Builder and star of Monster Garage filed spousal abuse charges against his wife when she hit him with a frying pan (or something similar). Later in divorce proceedings that charge was enough to give him custody of his child. Rarely do men get custody in these kinds of cases.

The problem is that many people realize they have an advantage and they use it. Often when they do this they take unfair advantage of others. Your examples just illustrated what I mean. In the case of Jessie James' former wife, she probably thought that she could get away with hitting her husband because he wouldn't wimp out and call the police. Of course Jessie James was smarter than that.

The tradition of pampering women and considering them the weaker species came from the simple fact that only women can carry a child. When a woman is pregnant she requires a little more care, but most fathers magnify that requirement because two of their loved ones are at stake here. For the most part of history a woman had to deliver a child on her own and that could be a draining and life threatening. After the mother gives birth she needs support to help care for and feed her baby (which is why relationships are more important to women than sex is, it is the reverse for men). All of this leads men to believe that women are "weaker."

Then if you factor in the physics most women are shorter and lighter framed than men so physically they are weaker. However, on a true one-to-one basis I doubt if that would still hold.

Women have to be able to go through all the pain of giving birth when an oversized head tries to get through that too small pelvic girdle. Few men could endure that, or even conceive of it.

In modern society the differences between men and women are growing smaller, but there is one difference that remains--the biological need to reproduce. Once past puberty most men are thinking about sex 60% of the time so a beautiful woman will always have a hold over them. Lets just hope that more women will not take the easy way out and fall back on a man’s sexual interest in an attempt to control them.

A women who makes false rape charges or false accusations of sexual assault, should do times.

First offense, 6 months to 2 years in jail.

When a man's life, (career, job, family, finances & etc) is ruined. because of False Rape Accusations, the woman making those
Charges or Accusations should have to serve 5 to 10 years in prison. and pay $50,000 to the one she falsely accused .

If the rapists or molester is guilty we already have laws for him. But, there should be a dismemberment from his little buddy to.

Don't really care if it is cruel and unusual punishment, or gives him a complexed, or He has to sit when he peeeeeEEEEes.
