I don't know about remedies but try sucking on ginger root, ginger ale, sprite or crackers. Also, try not to eat too many greasy or spicy foods as this can add on to your nausea/morning sickness. Also, try not to eat to late at night but before you go to bed and when you wake up you might try some crackers. Also, try eating smaller, more frequent meals other than a few big ones. You might be surprised how doing these little things can make a big difference. I had severe nausea from 10 weeks to the beginning of 12 weeks and that was the only time I had morning sickness. This helped for me. I hope it can help for you as well. Also, you might find other things that help, but this really helped for me. Hope this helps.
12 weeks and 6 days pregnant.

Morning sickness passes in a month or two, I used the old time remedies my grandmother recommended-crackers and tea. No lemon in the tea.

Eat! You won't feel like it but think of morning sickness as like when you haven't eaten all day. Sit and try to think of ANYTHING that you think you can stomach and then get it and eat it. Eat a lot more regularly than you usually do because if you keep your energy and your sugar levels up you will feel far better than if you don't.
Also get a lot of sleep, being tired makes it worse.

I couldn't eat any thing but salt crakers and gingerale (flat) for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy and I am now 15 weeks. If you don't like gingerale drink lots of water with the salt crakers. Also look at the web sit Web MD that may help as well with ideas.

The best thing you can do is keep saltine crackers by your bed. The very first thing you do when you wake up is eat a couple crackers and stay in bed a few minutes.

Just try and keep eating. Ginger biscuits are supposed to be good. Keep some beside your bed they say it helps if you eat before you get up out of bed.
Good luck it should be over soon

my midwife said that if after i was sick i felt hot i should suck on peppermints or drink peppermint tea. if i was gold drink ginger or eat ginger biscuits. i did neither as the thought of either ade me feel rougher but i found chocolate milkshake helped me i would wake up and start drinking one and away the sickness went. I know how you feel I had it bad for the first 4-5 months and its horrible and it ruined it for me but once it went i felt brillant. good luck hope it passes soon.
