I dont think it works. I tried that once when I was feeling sleepy but was rushing my project work at my computer late at night. It works, for less than 15 minutes. Head ons doesn't really help alot in curing headaches and reduce sleepiness.

I've tried it, and the one made for migraines helps. It kind of feels like Bengay on the brain. It helps allieviate the pain until the drugs kick in.
