Okay i see girls around my school and i haven't seen this style but it's actually cute... they'll wear beaded necklaces with matching braclets with matching earing that look like something from the 80's and a big belt. and theyill wear like a stripped shirt... or something like that, but it seems like it's the hip hop style mixed with retro/scene... I DON'T KNOW! but whatever it is I LIKE IT... Where WOULD I GET CLOTHES LIKE THIS

H&M is store that usually carries clothing and accecories. (Retro)They have accecesory stores in the mall too. So u can mix and match. Good luck on your finds

Go to Forever 21 - they'll have TONS of stuff like this style. Also, you can go to the Juniors department at Nordstrom. It's called Brass Plum. I was there a few days ago and they had lots of styles like that there. Macy's would be good as well.

I love that style too. In the mall Limited 2 has it. Thats for kids teens. Claires and Icing has the jewlerey. Sometimes old navy has so. If you look for shoes those potatoe shoes look perfect with the outfit. If you need anymore style questions I am the one to ask. I know everything there is to know about fashion.

that sounds really, umm, not cute. the 80's was not a cute time at all. learn from the past. try classic looking styles that will never go out of style, but add some cute accessories. that way, when you get older you wont want to burn all of your pictures of yourself when you were younger. hope this helps!!
