I wouldn't...

a dictatorship without poverty is still a dictatorship...

but an interesting question... since many in the past have tried to pull of trades like this...

No - sorry but I value my freedom of speech too much and who's to say that a homeless person would think that enough to get off the street. I used to run a shelter and food center for the homeless and many of them like the life-yes there are those who will do anything to have a home but there is also a faction that would resent be forced indoors to what others perceive as "home".

MY personal right, as in only me? Yes, I would make the sacriface, of my own free will, as my decesion. I love freedom more than anything else but to help that many people in the world, it's a small price to pay.

However, if it meant taking away one others persons right to free speech, no. I have no right to take another mans right. It would be like asking if I was willing to a cut out a healthy man's organs to transplant them and save other people. I should have no power over another man's rights.
