How to do this?

I want to have some html code and an image as my desktop background. I know it can be done but cant rember how so can anyone help me?

HTML has nothing to do with desktop background. Are you referring to computer desktop background or web page background?

With windows 98 there was a thing called Active Desktop. I'm not sure if Windows XP supports that feature, but you can use PNG images which allow dynamic updating

right click on it and click "set as background"
