A mystifying question. Now Michael jackson used to be the coolest guy on the planet but that was twenty years ago. i understand an older fans nostalgia and memories of michael jackson but why do younger kids who have only ever known him as the wierd plastic surgery guy that is continually accused of molesting children like him? He has more millenial fans (people born after 1980) than you might think. Now in an age where image is everything why would a guy with the worst image around at this point in time be attractive to those kids?

well i'm 19 and i love michael jackson - his music. he's a freak for sure, but he wrote some of the best pop music ever.

Thats if you believe that he molests children. I am 19 .... dont think of myself as a kid and love Michael Jackson. He is weird I know with nose thing going on but he is a timeless musician, I love the way he dances his great great songs. I dont believe he is a paedophile either. Just because he loves children .... is not with a man or women does not make him so. If the evidence against him was so strong he would be in prison. Do you know Michael Jackson personally that you can say these things about him? You will never know the truth of what really happened .... stop reading media crap.

We love him because he is a throwback to the original cool. His music transcends age and rumors and makes you want to move. If we are in the age of the image then call us mature because obviously we do not base everything on that. Rock On Micheal! Rock On!

Because they have great taste in music!! Just because they are young does not mean that they can't recognize great talent when they see it!! You said it right, Michael was accused of molesting children but that doesn't mean that he did!!

More than likely, because they don't know any better. While he may have been "proven?" innocent of the pedophile charges, when he left the States for a while, many foreign countries would not let him enter their borders.
His image has cost him everything.
