Actually, you need some special tools before you can even get to the 4 bolts. Need to have a steering wheel puller and a lock plate depresser before you can get the turn signal switch out of the way. Better to have a pro do it.

It takes special sockets to tighten the column.If you don't have inverted torx sockets it would be better to hire it done.
