Question about FBI BAU?

Is there anything realistic about how the FBI BAU works in Criminal Minds the show? Yes I do realize much of what on tv is bs but is there any truth to it?

Yes there is some truth in it. If there was no part of any truth in this show than I'm sure it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has.
