i do just like 3 or 4 table spoons i just wanna no is it ok??

somtimes i even eat it with oreos (got that from parent trap) ooo u can also try... m&m's with doritos yummmmmmmy!

If you can afford the calories and you don't have a peanut allergy, this is nothing to worry about.

You can eat peanut butter any way you want to. In a spoon, on bread or crackers. Yes, it's okay. 3 or 4 tablespoons is a lot at one time.

I eat peanut butter and peanuts all the time. Lots of calories, and I use this method of gaining weight. So if your as thin as me, go for it.

I'm not going to say you're not allowed to eat peanut butter, but it's definitely not the healthiest food ever.

Yes but it is better to spread the peanut butter on a stalk of celery or a slice of apple.... Yum!

Yes; it's one of my favorite snacks. Just be sure to drink a lot of water, as peanut butter can clog up your system.

If you use this as part of your daily calorie/fat allowance, and you are not overweight, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's a good source of protein. If you are overweight, you have to watch your overall intake of fat and calories, and make sure the PB doesn't put you over the edge.

sure it is, unless you weigh like 300 pounds or have high cholesterol, i've even put a bit of peanut butter in a bowl with a dollop of corn-syrup and eaten it!!

Sure...Why not. Peanut butter is healthy for you if you eat it in moderation. If your not on anykind of lowfat or low caloric diet then go ahead.

I guess if you dont really worry about your weight then its okay. But eating that much can make you gain weight if you aren't careful.
