It's pretty ugly. I'd say a 9 on 10, 10 being ugliest. Or a 2 if 10 is the nicest.

I have a niece named Rayana because her father thought that Rayala was to ugly. On a scale I'd give Rayala a 4.I don't like the way my tongue moves to say it.

It depends on the people what they think of the name.
For some Rayala cud be the worst name possible. I wonder what they wud think of themselves if they had that name.
For others Rayala cud be the best name ever.
