Well, for a Quentin T movie, there are three scenes which come to mind.
1. Christpher Walken Scene ....Your dad...he gave me this watch....
2. Sam Jackson's Miracle Scene....You know your're right this IS a tasty burger....
3. Harvey K.'s Oh...that's about 30 minutes away...I'll be there in 10 minutes.....

A subtle, not often mentioned tidbit: Vincent and Mia at Jackrabbit Slims when he asks her about Atoine Roccamora.
Mia: Who?
Vincent: Tony Rocky Horror. You know him.
The "you know him" was the kicker, giving the whole conversation a more natural feel.
And of course, there's the "a pig is a filthy animal" conversation.
