Petroleum

The first stage of petroleum refining is fractional distillation, which is a process that separates crude oil into some of its fractions. Additional fractions may be separated from these fractions by the processes of solvent ext ration and crystallization.

Fractional Distillation is based on the principle that fractions boil at different temperatures. As vapors, such fractions condense. Crude oil is pumped through pipes inside a furnace and heated at high temperatures resulting in a mixture of hot bases and liquids then it passes into a steel cylinder called a fractionating tower. As the vapor rise in the tower, it condenses at different levels. Heavy fuel oils condense in the lower section and light as gasoline and kerosene condense in the middle and upper sections.

It got Obama elected. Wait is that a racist statement? What Affirmative Action is saying is that so called minorities are too stupid to obtain an education or a career by their own merit so they have to be given those passing grades and those jobs for no other reason than the color of their skin. To me that would seem like an insult to my intelligence but as a white female due to Affirmative Action it's very hard to get a job if a minority wants it because I can't sue if they don't hire me. And why would anyone want an education or to have any motivation to succeed at all if they're considered too dense to do it and are just given those jobs without having any qualifications? The whole concept is racist.
