I watched saw 3 and it was more gruesome than the others but I really felt cheated on how Amanda became a jealous sadist instead of a proper apprentice. i thought her character had promise at the end of #2 but in 3 they kind of made her stupid and petty.I didn't really feel as invested in the vengeful dad plot either. the movie just seemed loose to me and wanting to keep up on the gross-out factor instead of being more creative with the plot. does anyone agree?

I really didn't feel cheated..But yes the Amanda thing you are talking about I totally agree..she should've stuck to the character she was in saw 2 aw well life goes on :)

No, because it's a rental at best. You have to figure the creativity would start to die at some point, and it did.

I totally felt cheated. But it may have been because while i WAS AT THE MOVIES, MY GIRLFRIEND WAS HAVING SEX WITH MY BEST FRIEND AT HOME.
