No,I am scottish and that wouldn't bother me.I would wonder what you were going on about.My partner is English,and a "jimmy" to him means going to the toilet.

If we were to all jump on the PC bandwagon then I'd say yes... because that could be classed as a racist comment, but it really doesn't bother me at all.
