I think they have completey different faces.
There bodies are almost exact. To be honest even being a female they are both attractive. But I think that Jennifer Garner is hotter than Hilary Swank.

Well I dont really know actors at all but Im writing about the book The Freedom Writers Diary and I just wrote the words Jennifer Garner stars in a good movie tie in. So your answer is that they are alike.

Yes they have like the exact same face shape and stuff. but hilarys face is like smaller and her chin isnt as wide.

Absolutely not. Both are attractive and brunettes but the similarity ends there.
