How do you change windows media files to MP3 format?

i also have songs on itunes. is it possible to make some of them MP3 format?!

i want to upload songs on the myspace artist music player thing... and i need it to be in MP3. how do you do that?!

Right click on the song and then it will appear message than click convert music format and then will open another window then click mp3 format and click next

iTunes accepts WMA files so you don't need to change them to put them on your iPod
