The key is - once you start juggling and kick the ball keep moving that foot up, over the ball, and then drop the foot fast to catch the falling ball... my favorite trick on the field is probably the 360 degree spin move or the double scissors. to do the spin move, you must tap your left foot on the ball(while it is about a 9 in. in front of you, and when you bring it to the ground, imediately spin clockwise while your right foot is on the ball so that it makes it go in front of you. very complicated. (start with your right foot on the ball if you are lefty) for the scissors, stand to the right of the ball and make your right foot go around the ball, then shift your weight to fake the defender to the right and do the same thing with your left foot. check out soccer vids.
