I would say both but i like Burger King

Wendy's has a lot more healthy alternatives than Burger King.

Wendy's offers more healthy food choices than BK. Some of their salads aren't half bad, and you can always bring your own dressing. And they don't have sesames on their buns, which are totally worthless since the human body will only absorb the beneficial qualities of sesames when they are crushed. And of course their processed lunch meat sandwiches are a bit healthier than anything BK sells, so if you gotta choose one over the other, I say it's Wendy's.

Burger KING!!!!
Wendy's is good too. I like the fries and the nuggets but Burger King is really good. Their burgers and fries are awesome!!!

Homeade food is the best. You cant top that. But I did try Wendys once many years ago and it was disgusting and made me sick.
Burger King is a little better. But the more fast food you eat now the less of it youll be able to eat later in life.

Wendys is the best of the two. I like the chilli, the chicken sandwiches and the salads...yummy stuff!

Wendy's. You can get healthier stuff like chili that is still tasty. And it's usually cleaner from my experiences.
