I have 12 dogs-pets/breeders, small income. Can't live in an apt or govt housing-no pets. Can't afford to stay here. No agency will help. No family or friends. I WILL NOT give up my dogs.

You never mentioned abuse, so some answers are useless!
I'm a breeder & have several dogs myself, they are like family to me. Giving up the dogs would be a total loss of income and I understand that you must have several. 1 or 2 litters per year won't cut it. Your third year is right on track for profit. Forget shelters or public housing. Find a small house that allows pets, even if it's outside only. As long as they're housetrained & not destructive bring them in, crate at night & when you're gone. Pay rent in cash & take it to landlord, no reason for them to "stop by" Not having friends & no family does NOT make you a bad person
So, you're not a social butterfly. Who cares?! Family dynamics are complicated and no one knows your situation but you. You could be an only child, parents died, abused, neglected, the list is endless. You probably mean you can't afford to stay in your home AFTER he leaves, most divorcees can't. He controls the money because he makes a lot more, right? Have him pay all the current housing costs so you leave debt free. If your car/truck isn't paid for, get rid of it ASAP, pay off any credit cards in your name before going on your own, don't let him force you out. Leave when it's easiest for you. Lastly, if there is any way your marriage can be saved, go to marriage counseling. Hurt & anger over an affair can be devastating. But some couples work through it.

Since you will not give up your dogs then you need to get work or on disability for your physical problems and if you are not handicapped then you will have to get a job to help support you and your dogs.... you will also have to save money and buy a house like a rent to own or something like that. You may have to downsize your dogs someday even though you do not want to....

Appearently, you don't have a plan. Sounds like you are between a rock and Rosie Odonell. Sometimes you have to stick it out as long as you can. Start saving what income you can and make some alternative plans. If you cant leave dont especially if you have nowhere to go for now. And don't let him force you out either.

Based on the fact that your legally married if your husband is being abusive mentally or physically toward you, you can phone the police on him and have him thrown out of the house.
Then file for a divorce and as his spouse you are most likely entitled to 1/2 of everything he has, it all depends on where you live. Consult a lawyer, there are legal aid lawyers that will answer that question and help you for free.
That way you keep the house and half of everything if you do it right.

Talk to a divorce lawyer and see how much alimony you can get from your husband esp. since you are disabled and cannot work.

ok you must have some pitbulls or something. if you do you need to breed and sell, not breed and keep. i mean you see you are struggling to keep the place where you are staying, your husband don't give a damn if he cheatin and your family and friends abandoned you. hell, what do you have left, the dogs. get a job somewhere and sell some of those damn dogs. you'd rather be on the street with 12 dogs then to be in a house with 5? come on lady, get it together.

You need to stick around as long as u can and get every bit of money u can from him and put it in a secret account of yours.
