Well in realtionships at this age you dont have that right person yet.You might be like i love him and all that but hetting married at this age is beyond wrong.I have experienced that with others and sooner or later you'll end up in an end zone.Your gonna need to work and all that to get your own shelter.Also boys just say that to get you to like them.Just keep on dating and dont say yes til you really had a good relationship with him past 8 years or so.Then you'll know you're answer to that question.

I don't think he's joking.. Marrage and love isn't one thing to joke about.. Sit him down and ask him if he likes you that way.. do you love your best friend? Just be honest - and sweet about it. He probably loves you the same if he's asking you thinks like that. He's just probably upset that you have a boyfriend, so he says he's joking.. Guys do that. becasue you have a boyfriend but he likes you. it's his way of playing the game with you. he can kinda let you know his feelings without being a jerk. he can't come out and say, "hey, i like you, dump your boyfriend". and if anyone (you or you boyfriend) tries to call him on it, he can deny it (becasue the marriage proposal is so far off the deep end).
