As I can see you are an animal lover. I think the best thing you can do is to give it to someone who knows how to take care of this little creations. Exotic animals should be free, in their natural habitat. So for your chameleon's sake, please return it to where he belongs.

You don't say what kind of chameleon you have. At best, all I can do is give very general info and some websites where you will have to look up specifics for the kind of chameleon you have.

First, realize that it takes a lot to keep any chameleon healthy. Most species should only be kept by people with lots of reptile experience because their care is considered so difficult. They don't like other animals or too much handling. They need high humidity and special UVB lighting. All should have their diet supplemented with calcium and a reptile multivitamin powder. They won't drink standing water - you'll need to find a way to get the water moving (waterfall or dripper). Temperature will vary somewhat with the species.

You will also need to know if your chameleon is a male or female. Males tend to get larger. Females will need to lay eggs, whether they've been with a male or not. If they can't find a proper site to bury the eggs, they will not lay them (called being "eggbound") and will most likely die.

Separate all the animals or they will die, the chameleon will be dead within weeks if not days being kept with another animal. The frogs need humidity, the anoles too but depending on the chameleon it may need arid conditions. And yes it does need a screen cage.
