there was a classroom inside a house wit me and a boy plus other kids were there too he went into another room with the teacher and asked me and someonter kid to answer a question for him then i was arguing wit the other kid so i help and walked away then he came out huged the other girl i got mad in my head then he kissed me we kissed for 2mins then school ended and we went to a pond and kissed for 3 hours plus i know this guy and he does not like me he is not my friend but he does not hate me

I guess it means you are a human being and mabye there is something about this boy you find attractive. (You never know he might possible find you attractive too)
Its pretty obvious you must be pretty young. Take the main meaning not as some indication of what's right for you but simply as an indication that your growing up and starting to be more interested in boys.
Dating wise, best advice is to be cautious, take your time, worry about being friends first. Stay very FAR away from guys who give ANY indication of bullying or being mean to other people, even if they may be attractive or popular. (People who don't care about other people, probably will be mean to you later. If you don't want to get stuck by an abusive boy friend one day, ...)
(Also, consider that dating can create pretty scary emotions and that there are indeed reasons for your parents concerns. Your friends may not have your real best interests at heart right now, but your parents, unless they are really wierd probably do.)

Your dream is set in school which is something familar to you and makes you feel safe.. The people aren't necessarily the real one's you are thinking; it could mean you are jealous of other people's friends and relationships and you would like a new relationship something more grown up than you have now. This is normal as you get older the dreams will change to other things you want or feel you need. Just don't take any deep meaning into dreams consider them a form of entertainment not of real future developments and you will enjoy them more.
