Well there are condoms for both men and woman, so it should be an equal responsibility. Personally since men have the penis they should always have a condom, but if woman don't want to get pregnant or any STI's they should have condoms too.... There is no one more responsible than the other.

Until the 60's when women wanted "All Equal" rights It was the mans responsibility
Now it's equal

it is always the man that should provide them out of courtesy for the woman (or man) you are about to have intercourse with...it shows that you are concerned about your health as well as theirs...besides, why would you want to have intercourse without a condom? YOUR LIFE COULD DEPEND ON IT!

WTF are cundoms fool ??.. If you mean rubbers, MAN you are WAY out there.... Responsible ?.. Yaw, GET SERIOUS fool. Where have you been ?.. The female is responsible for birth control. There are many, many methods a broad can employ. SIMPLE AS THAT. Rubbers went out of style 40 yrs ago fool. The best place for them is decorating the shelf where they belong.
