Why doesn't glue stick to bottle?

Do you mean why doesn't it stick to the inside of the bottle? Because it hasn't been exposed to air yet, but you notice the glue that stays at the tip of the bottle dries and sticks, and you have to pick it off.

CA often sticks to the cap/bottle... It's easily removed usuing acetone.
