try looking at pillows, picture frames, makeup, and other stuff thos are the ones I think will most likley say I love You on it.

have you thought of going to a place like walmart and getting a small band in white or yellow gold and then having it engraved? it would probably be a whole lot more meaningful
they might have some... claires has a whole buttload of things with weird sayings on it, so i love you doesnt seem out of the question.
