I wrote the SAT today but while writing it i did not finish a certain section so i went back to the section i had not finished so the instructor stopped me.Has any of you been in such a situation and what happened.The instructor said she didn't know what will happen

Once you have finished a section and gone to another section of the test, you are not allowed to return to any previous sections. Normally this would invalidate all test results but I think they now do this on a case-by-case basis. The worst that could probably happen would be that your scores would be thrown away and you would have to retake your SAT's at a future time.

Sounds like you're going to have to retake the test next time its offered.

well at my school they will send you to the library to finish whatever. i cant see why they wouldn't let you. its not like you were doing the math or reading part of the test.
