ever consider spend more than necessary on a pair of shoes for a certain brand name? or jeans? or a car? or a watch?

how about a cell phone? do you not leave home w/o one? do you take it into the bathroom with you, or to bed?

are you satisfied with the music on mainstream radio stations? have you ever heard of artists like: Atmosphere, Gift of Gab, Spearhead, Faithless, Eyedea, Mr. Lif, etc.

ever sit at the computer for hours on end, then realize you didn't do really anything but surf the net or play solitaire?

can people be controlled w/o realizing it?

Of course.
We are all being controlled in one way or another. We are surrounded by influences of various kinds on a daily basis (government, society, associates, friends, family, the media, magazines, etc.) and the power of suggestion is always ever present. So, if you think you're not being controlled, it's because someone wants you to think that.

Of course they can. Look at all the people who protest the war. They are being controlled by the enemy and they don't even know it.
