Right-click on your start button
Select"properties"
Click the "Start Menu" tab
Click "Customize"
On that list somewhere, there's a checkbox for "run Command"

Hi. "Start> Run>" A window will open for you to enter a command, such as 'cmd'.

Start > Run
Type cmd in the Open field and click OK.

go to Start Menue go up and run is on there
