You should put: There's nothing like a baby boy/girl to change the way you see things, to make the world a better, brighter place. There's nothing like ten tiny toes, bright eyes and little ears, or the sweet expressions on his/her little face...
(Inside Message): There's nothing like the pride and joy of holding in your arms the miracle of life, so fresh and new. There's nothing that compares to the love that you will know and the happiness that's wished for each of you.

Whatever is on your heart to say to the parents. Parents get a lot of the typical "congrats". But even a typical card is better than no card at all. If you are already a parent, some advice might be cool, especially if its humorous.

you should say on the card:congratulations on the baby i am sure you will make great parents or if its only one person say you will make a great parent
