I've eaten it in a restaurant in Sydney, Australia.
its a creamy sauce but described as Italian Curry. It has chillies and garlic, and a yellow colour (Tumeric?). It is Vegetarian.
They call it Iseo.
Anyone eaten it? Anyone know how to make it?
Thanks

I'm Italian and I've never heard nor speaking about such a sauce.
As a rule in Italy we don't have 'Italian curry' (we know what is but it's not product of Italy and we just if we make the Indian cooking at home...!!) while we do use a lot of garlic and chillies.
The yellow color must be given by the curry:
As to the name I guess the Australians has given to "their" sauce
(it can't be Italian) a name that has an Italian sound.
"Iseo" is the name of one of the biggest Italian lakes but it has nothing to do with any sauce...!!! Sorry but I cannot help you more than this.

No recipe found, but:

"Iseo may refer to:

* Iseo (BS), a town and comune in the province of Brescia, Lombardy, Italy
