How do I get rid of little green flies in my aquarium?

These flies are in my aquarium and I gave it a thurough cleaning and they came back... could they be comming from my Chiclid Gold food? Is there any way I can get rid of them? Thanks

are these flies in the water or flying on the surface part of the tank.... they must be getting their food somehow.... the "flies" probably use algae as their food source so thats y they keep coming back i guess...

put a frog in the tank to eat the bugs
