I have boots that come just up to my knees with the upper made of that black stretchy material. I wear them with knee-high hose since I can't stand to not wear some kind of sock with them, but they are constantly slouching. Is there any way I can keep them up where they belong?

I have the exact same problem with my boots. No, do not slouch them deliberately. Slouchy boots may be "in" this season buy knee high boots are sexy all the time.

How about sewing the hook side of velcro on the inside of your boot. Then it would stick to your socks and help to keep it up.

I don't wear knee high socks with my boots but I'm going to sew in some anti skid rubber to the inside of the boot to help. (That's another suggestion for you too)

The short answer is that there isn't anything you can do. My only suggestion would be to DELIBERATELY slouch them a lot, so it looks like part of the style (slouchy boots are actually more in than tight ones right now anyways).
