Who did the comedy sketch where they say "Charlie's in the Trees!"?

I clearly remember some sketch comedy TV show with two guys in camouflage on their stomachs on the ground talking about how "Charlie's in the trees," and "Ooo, that Charlie," etc... except they say "CHAH-lee," and it's wicked funny. I want to say late '90s, maybe? I don't remember if it's SNL or Kids in the Hall or something else... can anyone help me, and maybe point me to a video on the web, if it exists?

It was in Vietnam about 35 years ago. Charlie was in the trees, Actually they were all over the place
