a heating pad and a pain reliever. maybe some theragesic.

I have back problems.I love thermapack.Cheap and the heat is soothing.You may also want to ice your lower back also if you have pulled a muscle, which you would ice and then after, apply the heat pack for relaxing the muscles to prevent spasms.20 minutes on, 20 minutes off if you are icing. Make sure you don not apply ice directly, use a cloth with the ice.you can go back and forth between the thermapac and the ice.Feel better!

Some things you can do at home and is free are: take a HOT bathe and soke in it for 30 minutes or so. 2) Chill on the coach or sleep with a heating pad= 10 bucks @ Wal-Mart. Good luck

all you need to do is ask some one to pop it and stand up straight against a wall or chair for 5-10 mins. and rub it alot!
p.s. take ibuprofen
