help... how do you keep all the core studies in AS pyschology from getting mixed up?

i am trying to revise the OCR core subjects , but the stuff is getting mixed up in my head,
has anyone any tips .thanks

Hiya, what i did was put them into different folders, or different sections in one folder - that way i knew which psychologists were for which topic, eg stress

then i associated what each of the studies were about with the topic - that way its easier to figure out which ones go with which.

Also, i used mnemonics, so that i remember the order in which each of the theorists come in - and then apply this with the core subject that i studied in order...

Wait till you get to A2 lol

Don't revise them all on the same night. Split them into categories and revise a different category each night.
