Probably nothing I would try not to stare, smile if they saw me looking and walk past. If there was someone like that, that would be pretty crazy though. I think someone like that would properly attract the attention of the media and maybe even scientists. I like to think people would be accepted how ever they look.

Well, unfortunetly i would probably stare. Even though that would be wrong, becasue we shouldnt judge. everyone knows that, but sometimes it can be very hard not to. People have also seem to have forgotten that,
